Artworks featured artists for September include watercolor artist Judy LaCourse, who finds inspiration on Whidbey Island, especially in birds, beach scenes, and wildlife. Judy is passionate about creating art that spreads happiness and brightens people’s lives. Our second artist is Christine Crowell, a devoted painter who relishes working with encaustics, oils, pastels, and creating colorful glass mosaics.
