Artist of the Month: Pennie Rees
Her professional career encompasses many years of painting and selling works of art, with pieces worldwide in both private and corporate collections. Her preferred media is transparent watercolor, combined with rice paper and watercolor pencil. She uses rice paper and watercolor pencil to enhance the sensory experience.
Her subject matter is not limited. She enjoys the challenge of trying new arrangements, but seascapes, plant life and pastoral scenes are her staples. She enjoys color and likes to portray the vibrant interaction of nature and display her many variations.
