Join Dr. Holly Peng on an all-inclusive boutique fitness camp with daily breathtaking hikes, yoga classes every morning, functional fitness & strength classes, therapeutic detoxifying massages, organic delicious healthy cuisine, kayaking, outings to nearby attractions, and daily health lectures and workshops all on beautiful Whidbey Island.
This weeklong retreat is also led by local experts Certified Personal Trainers Adam Fawcett & Alex Pearl, Reiki Master Marcie Costello, and Chef Lis David.
You will be challenged and renewed by daily breathtaking hikes, lose fat and build muscle in our fitness classes, and learn about healthy mindful eating, stress management and habit forming techniques.
Our one week program is structured but personalized, and our highly trained and compassionate staff will help you achieve your goals.
