Whidbey Island Center for the Arts is thrilled to bring back its
conservatory youth training. This comprehensive theatre summer
camp is built around professional level training and experiences
for youth of all experience levels. Camp lead instructor, David
Churchill, offers a deep dive into actor training and technique
wrapped around scenes from Classic and Contemporary Theatre
to include scenes from Shakespeare, Chekhov, Ibsen and Tennessee
Williams. The Conservatory ends with an evening of scene work
on Friday, August 12th at 7pm, open to the general public!
CAMP DATES: August 8 – 12, 10 AM – 4 PM
