The Langley Arts Fund (LAF) invites all to its latest project in Langley. On August 11 Melissa Koch will transform the wall behind the Gerber whale into a fantasy sea world to illuminate the ecology of our habitation by the sea. Come watch. “Hope” the wishing whale at Whale Bell Park, corner of 1st and Anthes in Langley.
