Whidbey Art Gallery December Happenings

What a year this has been for all of us!  We are so thankful for our loyal patrons and friends at Whidbey Art Gallery.

The theme for our December show is

The Giving Season… and we invite you to give the gift of affordable art. We are open Thursday through Monday from 11-4 with extended hours on Saturdays (10-5). This show features budget friendly pieces with items priced under $100.

Our featured artist is watercolor painter, Margaret Tollefson. She will be showing her new work using a technique of framing her watercolors without glass. This eliminates the glare from glass you might see when placing paintings near windows. You will not want to miss seeing these pieces.

Whidbey Art Gallery invites you to shop local for artisan gifts and art. The gallery is overflowing with jewelry, metal garden and wall art, pottery, sculpture, photography, paintings, greeting cards suitable for framing, some with original art, ceramics for the wall, unique beaded items, and ornaments  hand made by local Whidbey artists. Stop by and enjoy all the talent the gallery has to offer

There will be no Art Walk this first Saturday as we try to follow all state guidelines, and the artists in the gallery have done a great deal to make your visit safe and enjoyable for everyone.
