The annual end of winter bold, briny and blue boost happens in Coupeville on the shores of Penn Cove. Focused around the locally farmed Penn Cove Shellfish mussel the festival has grown since 1986 to be one of the best food, music and fun festivals in the Pacific Northwest. Produced by the Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association the festival supports the Historic Waterfront mission, donations to the Boy Scouts; Lions club; Boys and Girls Club.
